Long standing member of barkers. I bought pants and used $35 of barkers dollars, returned the pants due to size and barkers cant give me back the $35 which I had earned. I have lost the money.. They should write this on the website that once used, barkers dollars cant be returned even if you return the item. What if I had used $100…?
Good mens quality clothing accessories and footwear I usually buy a high quality sweater as I like the comfort and style . Foot wear is my second go to with stylish boots for the autumn and winter weather. Service is ok I get seen to for any help I may require Changing rooms and nice all round men's apparel
I came in today to get some clothes and shoes. Was served by Matt and I was extremely grateful and impressed by his service! Matt and my girlfriend did a fantastic job picking out my new clothes for work :)
Great experience with excellent customer service .i bought a pair of trousers from New Market and as they did not have my size they arranged to have my purchase shipped to St Lukes. The young chap at St Lukes was so helpful when I called them to get a status update he called me back within 5 minutes confirming product was ready to collect . Excellent Customer Service ,I've been sales 38 years myself .Cheers Nick
I had visited this store just now, time 04.37 Wednesday, the staff was not even helping when I ask for the shirts. Not good. And unprofessional.
The two dudes working there are not helpful at all. I buy a lot from barkers and never had any issues with their service, but my experience in this shop was bad. I came to return an item that I bought online and they basically told me to go to the Onehunga shop or else they would have to send the item to them. Their laziness is unacceptable
Bought the wrong cheesecutter size and it was too wide/round. Blake was real cool and helped me through the grievance process. (usually retailers get too salty about exchanges or refunds). Cheers Blake!
I took a shirt in which I got for Fathers Day to change for another colour. Zara told me the shirt had been bought on line and they did not have another colour for me in the shop. She went on line and ordered an exchange shirt for me which was delivered to my door the very next morning. I was very impressed with the service of this young lady. A credit to the business.
