Staff members are helpful and friendly. Have spent some good time here to see if something comes up to my liking but I could not find anything. My Shoe Size is the problem and that's not the fault of Number One or Staff at all.
After going to 4 shoe shops, the brilliant shop assistant took us straight to what my son needed, & we were out the door in less than 10 minutes. Great service thanks

The store displayed extensive shop front and in store advertising stating "second pair $25". Having chosen two pair both labeled $69.99 I was told the total was $140. I queried this and the assistant then informed me the total was $104. Another query from me resulted in the manager being called. I was informed one pair was already discounted and could not be discounted further. When i queried the lack of any sign of the discounted price I was told they hadnt had time to sticker the boxes. Hardly my problem. There was no offer from the store to honour their advertising. A clear case of misleading advertising. Maybe a question of buyer beware but disappointing attitude from the store. Beware of their so called special offers.
Good value and very friendly staff, but during busy hours there may be a bit of wait to get served. Handy location with ample parking. Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.
