My husband and I pop into Tarocash all the time and we always used to get helped by the lovely Jay. She was always so helpful and knew exactly how to style us for anything we needed. We’ve been in a few times over the last couple of months and noticed she’s not there anymore. We even tried having a little look at a couple of other branches to find her, but no luck. If she’s moved somewhere else we’d really love to know, she always made our visits so lovely.
Searching for a suit when you know nothing about suits can be hard, but not at Tarocash St Luke. Ihaka was patient, friendly and helped me pick out a comfortable, nicely fitted and a good looking attire. Showing extensive knowledge in combinations and compatbility between all suits, Ihaka made suit shopping experience stress free.
Stepped into the store this morning and came across with an unhelpful salesperson with a bad attitude. Even asking him some questions. They shouldn't have known not to judge a book by its cover.
This place often has some great sales (eg. $120 shirts selling for $29.99 and slightly above). The staff are super friendly and are basically free fashion consultants, I recommend you make use of them. They put together a couple of outfits for me and they look amazing!
Bought a jacket, shirt and pants from here and the salesperson Momoko was super helpful, knowledgeable and personable. She totally made it a great experience. Give this woman a raise!
This is a good mens clothes store. European style cuts. Slim fit shirts. The staff member was helpful. Reasonably priced as well I like their winter jackets and their cable knit cardigans.
Purchased two pairs of shoes from the online store, when order was being made it states you are ordering from one of the Auckland based stores, this is in fact a lie. My order of shoes is on the way from Australia, 20 days later still no shoes. Tried rectifying through online help, was told a mix up occurred with postal address. Purchase from this company through there online store at your own risk, may very well turn out to be an expensive negative experience.
