   I had such a great experience at Superdry! I walked in feeling a bit lost about what to buy, but Shivi was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and really knew how to guide me without any pressure. She helped me figure out what suited me best, and thanks to her, I left the store feeling confident about my choices. Truly appreciate her help — she made the whole shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable!

   Bought Sdr Garritsen Sunglasses for myself, were on some special for $59. Looks like item is on clearance but I love it. Has got some Chunky looks with UV Lens and some nice classic angular style. I got looked after by Diana, it was so good to have a bit of wee chat with her also. Tried some Superdry Crew Top, T shirts, looked at their new stylish Backpack too and all the items were all good. Will be back again to buy some of their stuff. This Mount Wellington Store is not that far away from where I live now. Highly recommend to pay them a visit.

   went online to find the item I was looking for, online shopping for nz is trash. Am I suppose to use the one in pounds? the Australian one? Who knows? unclear. the nz tab just takes you to the nz physical address. too hard basket and gave up so now moved on to shop else where.

   I had a really awesome experience shopping here, super friendly and very professional staff. I was helped by the Chinese lady with very short hair, she was very patient and had tons of great suggestions. It really felt good having someone be so attentive but not too pushy or overwhelming, she went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for. The shop itself had a wide range of clothes for both men and woman. The vibes and music were great too. The only "negative" would be around the lighting, it's a bit too dim which does make it a bit difficult to see the true colours of the clothing and also in the changing area, the lights kind of are pointed directly into your eyes but it wasn't the end of the world. Thanks for your help, and the tips to ensure the longevity of the clothing I bought, it really felt like a premium experience.

   Visited the store last week on the weekend and loved the service, although the other customers were a bit inconsiderate, unfolding clothes and then placing it down in a random spot elsewhere, the staff were still very patient and kind. Bonus : Great music taste, not too loud not too quiet and was very mood fitting. Whoever the DJ is, your doing a good job. Will definitely shop there more!

   If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in briefly today (Wednesday) and was shocked by an unprofessional staff. She was on her phone the entire time and was barely smiling nor greeted me. Although, the employee was not wearing a name tag, one of the other staff did call her Erica? Superdry Sylvia Park manager, please train your staff! Super unprofessional and I expected more from a high-end luxury store. I was really hoping to buy my son a jacket today from Superdry, but this unfortunately ruined my experience.

   I went in last week and sad to say did not have the best experience at Superdry. I believe the counter person serving me was called Charlie (had glasses). He was on his phone the whole time and was inattentive to what I was asking. A shame really.

   The pants I bought today were high quality and even had zippers for pockets. However, I asked for the same pants as the ones on the rack which were 100% cotton. They gave me 60% poly cotton pants. I bought the pants and when I checked the material after the purchase, I realised they gave me pants with a different material than the ones on the rack. Therefore, I asked for a refund. They didn't give me a refund because it was a sale item, even though they gave me different pants compared to the ones on the rack. Poor customer service in my opinion. I recommend you to check the material of the apparel they give you before you buy! They might give different materials. They look the same but beware!

   just bought items in Superdry Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and tried to use gif card, was told it cannot be used, and i still paied for them, but i changed my mind immediately since I planed to use the gift card. However, the managere rejected my request. When I paid for the items, I was not told that they do not do refunds. Only this store has their own rules, which is diferent from other stores. I bought many items in other stores but never has this bad experience. BTW, this store is out of control of the kiwi property (Sylvia Park customer service). and other stores are following the supdery general rulst, but this store has its own rules. Basically, if you have complaints, you cannot find a place to deal with. So If you really want to by this brand items, go to other stores.
