   Took a suit in to be sized and altered and Papz was absolutely wonderful !! He let us take our time in decision making, showed us multiple options for ties/bows and gave us the impression that he genuinely wanted the best for us. Papz was friendly, open to chat and able to give advice when we needed it. Easy to see that Papz is a hard worker and cares about his customers!

   We've made multiple purchases at Tarocash West City in the past, however our most recent interaction with the staff left us feeling awful. The staff on duty (on the 15 Aug 2025) was rude and walked away when we had a question regarding an item. She ignored us completely, so we went to Farmers instead and got a nice suit and the staff who welcomed you with a smile. Forget Tarocash and go to another store. There are more options! Never coming back to your store again!

   Poor customer service. I dealt with a hot headed sales person with very poor customer service skills. I would have paid extra money for my purchase however her attitude made me walk away with a refund.

   Went in with my partner to get a outfit to attend a wedding. We were the only ones in the shop and not even a hello from the shop assistant, Definitely left is to it and didn't move from where she was doing whatever she was doing. I was going back and forth putting things back etc while trying to watch our child as well. Stuff good but some service would have been nice. To be honest if it were not gor the fact my partner like most men wants to just be in and out again I would have left and gone somewhere else.

   ok products. Was given a 20% discount on sign up. I bought a suit for a gift using the discount , with the understanding that if the colour or size needed to be changed it would not be an issue. however on rerurning to swap it with another colour I had to pay extra $50 as the discount code could not be used again. No attempt made to fix the situation other than stating company policy knowing well the action was not fair.
