   Do not shop here unless you’re okay with faulty products, refused refunds, and complete disregard for both the law and their own return policy. Bought a $40 reptile one bulb from here which stopped working after 20 days. I was refused a refund or replacement, despite showing them the legal requirement under the consumer protection act to provide a refund or replacement, on the basis that it did not meet life/usage expectations (which would be 6-12 months). I was told that since light bulbs don’t come under warranty, they weren’t obligated to do anything. (they are, under the law I mentioned before) their return policy also does not outline any window of time for faulty products, only change of mind. After two days of emails back and forth, they told me they would send it to the supplier (which is in SYDNEY! I need a new bulb asap for my frogs, I don’t have time to wait several weeks for it to arrive in Sydney!) to test if it worked. They then practically demanded that I pay THEM the return shipping cost directly into the owners bank account?! They told me they would not be providing a shipping label to return it to the store, meaning they wanted me to pay the post office for my own shipping, AND pay the owner for no reason? How sketchy is that?! Needless to say I will never be returning. It’s not legal to refuse a refund or replacement for a faulty product, regardless of whether or not it comes with a warranty. And they are sketchy as hell for demanding payment for shipping that they would not be providing.

   We bought a plastic chewbone for our puppy thinking it's a American top brand. Unfortunately we discovered that the puppy ( without a well developed teeth) is able take out small plastic parts while chewing and injection it. It is terrible as plastic pieces are harmful for pets. When we tried to return it showing the bad quality of the material, the shopkeeper didn't return but instead lectured us. ( Our learning- 1. We should not give anything plastic 2. Never visit the petstore with such a bad quality material and no return policy)

   If you choose to purchase ftom here or through them supplying marketplace etc. I would like to give you fair warning they are terrible I have inadvertently bought from here a few times now and always problems. I contacted through supplier and direct. They didn't help, listen, read the details just said your a liar. Why would I bother lying and quite frankly despite the price , which isn't even that great...why bother with you if that's how you treat your customers. God forbid how you treat actual animals. Shame on you!

   It's a small business, tries to stock as much as they can, little bit of everything. Such a FRIENDLY team who greats everyone every time, even interaction between themselves are lovely. Just lovely hard working people, everyone should strive to be like them, you just have to support good people !!!!! It helps they have good prices too. Well done, keep going.
