   Cautionary Tale. A work colleague had recommended this store for their end of line range/ previous season collection for reasonable pricing as would be expected. So I decided to go along in light of the Black Friday sales. My initial shopping experience was pleasant. I managed to find a pair that I liked. The sales assistant then proceeded to the checkout with the display shoe that I had just tried on. I politely asked her if this was the last pair which she said informed wasn't. So I kindly asked her for a new pair which she happily collected. I paid and left a happy customer. However upon arriving home I had discovered that I was given a display pair of shoes to my disbelief which was clearly scuffed and strectched from being tried on. So naturally I was upset and angry. So I went back to the store the following day to return. I am not going to lie I was angry at the situation. The following day I then rudely explained to another sales assistant what had happened. And angrily told other customers to be wary of the sale staff. She then explained to me that this store sells all the old display shoes from their stores. I was absolutely shocked as this was never once disclosed to me upon purchasing the day before. And that this was to expected at this store is an outlet. Stepping back, I clearly had the complete wrong understanding of what had happened. I assumed they had switched my pair of shoes. As well as that my expectations were out of line for this outlet store. Yes, I am fully remorseful and now embarrassed for my actions. I commend the professional approach of the second sales assistant who handled the situation calmly as I was visibly outraged. As well as the first who had served me the day before for not reacting to my behaviour. BUT I question your store's ethical business practice in being honest and transparent. This entire situation could have been avoided if your sales staff had simply disclosed at the start or had clear signage been provided. This store can do better and SHOULD have signage or labels with clear disclosure of condition eg Ex-display or seconds. So customers know what they are buying. Two star rating given for the sales staff professional conduct. Three star lost for misleading customers with the goods you sell. Should you purchase a pair of shoes from this store please check the condition to ensure you happy with for what you are paying for.

   Popped in to buy my first pair of long boots. The assistant was excellent! I am short, wanted heels but not too high, have calves that can be problematic and had no idea what would work. The lovely assistant brought out several pairs that just weren't going to work. She kept going and I found THE ONES. At this point time we were 15 mins after closing time. Such a brilliant experience. Thank you!

   Been looking for nice dress shoes for so long and this shop was the only one to have the right size and style and the staff were super helpful! She bought out tones of different options I could try and we ended up finding a pair. Very good quality too

   Onehunga outlet store - Worst customer services. They said they can only replace faulty shoes within 15 days of purchase as per consumer guarantee act. You need to go through your return policy again before give out any false information to customers. They further said customers broke their own shoes and bring to them all the time.
