   Thank you to the gentlemen who made me and my twins feel so welcomed and not feel like we were constantly being watched while shopping and allowing us space to try our boys shoes on. He made things so much easier when I asked for help with a great deal and upselling a few items from the store and even better signing us up to more deals. Excellent customer service.    I bought a trouser about a month ago and used it once. After washing it I noticed that one leg is shorter than the other around 3cm. It looks to me a product issue. I went there today to complain. There was a guy who aggressive and repeatedly blame me saying I have altered it. He did not accept it as their issue. Only what I wanted was to adjust both to same size and had no intension to return it. This is really unprofessional. I have the trouser with me. I can show to any other one to prove that I have not altered it. In return I would like you to replace him with better professional. Connor staff - please contact me.

   So I was struggling to find a good pair of ripped denims when I came across this store. This was my first time shopping at their store but I have to confess I'm impressed! Although the staff members seemed extremely busy, they were quick to welcome me and attend to my needs. Although I went on a busy Saturday afternoon, the store still seemed to be well presented and organised. Staff members were helpful and attentive. Customer service was good. They had good promotional offers running. Prices seemed reasonably good for the quality. There were quite a few options to choose from.
