   Quite unhappy with the service in this store unfortunately. Was waiting in line (at the front) waiting to be served when I noticed a couple, arms full of clothes they were buying, cut to the front of the line by skipping the area where you queue and stand directly by the counter. When Teulia (the team member) finished serving who she was serving I assumed surely she would remind the couple where the line starts and not allow them to cut the line, so I went to walk up to be served. Instead she looked at us both, saw the couple cut in front and continued to serve them. No apology for having to go back in line or courtesy for others who were in the queue, just carried on as if she didn’t just allow rude people to cut the line. I quite literally had 2 things I was buying. I won’t be back to this store.

   Today at Cotton On CBD at 01/09/2025. I have faced the most extremely rude white female staff today around 5:55pm (aging around 18-25, red top, bangs, and black glasses, fairly tall, and looks like Tina Belcher from Bob’s Burgers). Just because me and my friend didn’t purchase at the end, she gave us an attitude, sighed loudly, rolled her eyes at us, and gave us a sarcastic ‘okay’ as the rudest way as possible. I don’t think workers like her should even be working at places like Cotton On, if she wants to be mean, she can just quit her job. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Cotton On CBD anymore, after our encounter with this female staff since she does not respect her customers at all.

   I’ve been a loyal Cotton On shopper for years, mostly at Sylvia Park, and I’ve never experienced service this terrible. Today at the Cotton On CBD, 01/09/25, a white female staff member (around 18–25, glasses, red top, bangs, fairly tall) was shockingly rude. I asked her about a white top, and she said they didn’t have it, but the way she rolled her eyes and gave me a clearly annoyed look made me feel completely unwelcome. Later, at the counter, she told me an item was $49.99. I politely double-checked because I thought it was on sale for $34.99, and she snapped that the sale was “online only.” When I told her I wouldn’t be buying it, she sighs loudly, rolls her eyes at me, and sounds so annoyed it’s ridiculous. I could not believe a staff member would behave like this in a retail store, I don’t think she should be even hired in the first place, like girl if you want a job where you can be mean that is clearly not the place. I understand it was close to closing time, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers this way. As someone who works in customer service myself, this was completely unprofessional. I love Cotton On, and the Sylvia Park staff are always amazing, but after this experience, I will think twice before ever returning to Cotton On CBD.

   They have great stock at this store and you'll probably find what you're looking for, plus more. I went in looking for a cheap orange hat for an event I was going to, and I found one for $5 in the clearance section almost immediately! I couldn't believe my luck

   I think is the one of the best Cotton On stores I have seen in New Zealand. Its really big and very well stocked. The layout is great as well especially the women's section. They also have cotton on body which is so well stocked. Maybe they could add some more staff members to assist the shoppers. But overall it’s a really lovely store with a massive variety.

   Large store ranging from women to men to kids clothing. There's a ramp located on the left hand side of the shop behind the wall. Pram and wheel chair access. Attentive staff nice and friendly, told me about the pram as soon as I walked into the shop, otherwise I would've turned and left.
