   Womens Wool Cruiser slip on. These are a new product but boy oh boy are they one of the most comfortable shoes I have purchased. I usually ensure I break in my shoes before wearing them for a long period, however with this shoe they were so comfortable from first wear. Purchased in the grey but will soon purchase another pair in an alternative colour. Staff very friendly and efficient.

   Don’t buy the tree runners!! Doesn’t last and develops holes. All birds offered no compensation. My husband wrote to customer service and we were told it is probably just the shoe size causing this issue. I don’t believe this is true. On Reddit it shows many other people complaining with the same issue and holes developing. For $200+ for this shoe you wouldn’t expect this to happen. Won’t be purchasing from all birds again.

   The inside of the heel gets covered in these MASSIVE balls/knots after only a couple uses. This means your heel is permanently blistering from all the giant knots in the fabric. Terrible design. The customer service team didn’t respond AT ALL to any of our emails - such a high price point and no support at all. They are absolutely NOT a comfortable shoe. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

   I really wanted to like all birds. Their sustainability focus is awesome and I love their branding. Their products also feel and look really nice at first. But after a few weeks or months I noticed they're all really poor quality. My wool sneakers were terrible for my ankles and got holes in them after 6 months. My briefs lasted maybe a year before being riddled with holes. My sea shirts are at 6 months and already have threads pulled and holes forming. They are also terrible for hiking - they stick to your body terribly when wet or sweaty. Waste of money unfortunately.

   I recently bought 3 pairs of shoes from Allbirds. I like it not only because their products are stylish and comfy but also they are environmental-friendly! Also, the staff at the store on the day i visited were nice and friendly. Nancy assisted me in trying on different shoe styles and provided valuable help in selecting the right size. I received detailed explanations about the features of shoes I selected as well as tips for proper washing methods. It was truly a delightful shopping experience!

   I brought these All bird shoes about 6 months ago and these have been the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. I use them at the Gym and around the shops usually. However…. having recently been travelling- I found them to be super comfy for on planes and long days. I used them recently for gentle but steep tracks hiking over seas and found them to be very safe, well made, breathable and flexible. I do have a bad habit of slipping or twisting my ankles and these have made me feel much more confident while out and about on little adventures (plus they allegedly have a low carbon foot print) Super happy - I’ll prob go back and get a second pair for a trip to Europe mid 2022.

   This is my first time visiting this store and found the staffs were very friendly especially David who was very patient with me. I tried 6x pairs of shoes because I could not decide which style I wanted to go with. I finally bought 2x pairs of sneakers because of him. I was very impressed with his patience and I really appreciate his fantastic, friendly and professional customer service. All Birds is very lucky to have a great team. The shoes are very comfy and light weight. I have many pairs of Nike but I think I will come back again when the seasons change. Highly recommend AAAAA++++++
