   I recently purchased 2 for $70 shorts & Tshirt 17/11/25 & found the shorts were a size too big therefore returned to the store receipt & bag in hand to down size 38 to 36, upon learning if card board tags are removed you cannot exchange being policy. My Q is the product was not manufactured with the cardboard addition held by staples' therefore why is it a discretionary right regardless of proof of purchase? Tags are stored retail process that inform consumer of size & price only not product related upon manufacture? How hard is it to retag? I will never purchase or support Hellensteins NZ products or brands in future.

   I dropped in to the Henderson Mall Hallensteins this morning 02/08/20255 looking for a comfortable hoodie for those cold winter nights gaming in my garage, the guy at the counter was outstanding, found exactly what I was looking for even rummaging about in the back of the store for the right size, 100% would shop again.

   I have to agree with earlier persons review. Nothing like previous retail assistant in the past. Picked up item that was ordered. Guy just handed the jacket over with no bag and zero interaction. Had to ask for a bag which he just put on counter and left us to do the rest. Sorry but whatever happened to good customer service.

   Went in to buy some shirts for husbands birthday. I might be 70 yrs old, but I still. Like buying nice clothes for my husband and son. I was virtually ignored for nearly 15 minutes while 1 staff chatted to a friend and another was chatting on his phone. I left and spent $200 in another store in Westcity.
