   Came in last Thursday to buy a suit and had a couple questions about how the sizing works and if there were other sizes in the back. I felt like I wasn't even talking to the sales associate in front of me and instead it was some random person over an earpiece. What kind of customer service is this? The salesperson isn't even able to answer the question and has no knowledge about their products. I also work in retail, so this is really lazy behaviour and please keep your salespeople in the moment instead of floating around in outer space. Get rid of the earpieces please, you're not working in a warehouse and you're not secret service.

   Had the best service today from Iliaz U. He was very helpful advising all the specials available on the buy two deals and when we could only find one top in the size we wanted, he offered to get one sent out to our address for free! If he hadn't done that we would have left the shop without purchasing anything. A great asset to your business!

   Friendly and helpful staff. Quick to help me locate my size and walk with me while making my choice in clothes. The only issue i had was that it would be a 5 star, and it was struggling to find a belt in my size. It's not the first time I've had this issue. Don't have a great selection in belts over 102.

   Nice suit for my husband! But the today’s highlight is our experience. 5 stars to the team who helped us find a suit that we will flash in the Philippines LOL. Very friendly and fun vibe. Thank you manager and to the young team member!

   I went to Hallenstein to have a look and left with 2 pairs of pants and some cool socks. Not only that, Lorenzo is an absolute legend and a 5-Star customer service salesman. I had never met this guy before and he made my day. This shop is not close to my place but I will probably be back. Thanks!
