   My Mum and brother were not very well and when ordering my brother's groceries for him, we accidentally ordered them click and collect rather than delivery. My brother was too ill to come and get them. We called the New World helpline and a lovely chap called New World Whangaparoa and the staff and driver were absolutely wonderful and got my brother's shopping to him on the same day. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and kind, we appreciated it so much. Thanks so much everyone!

   I was amazed by the kindness of the staff working there, they were super helpful and the deli section was really good. One of the staff members (believe her name was Kristin) near the self checkout was very lovely and super welcoming and kind. She helped me carry some of my groceries to the car.

   The Stanmore Bay New World Deli team helped make my celebration feel truly abundant and joyful. They provided the most delicious platters for the party, filled with fresh ingredients and presented so beautifully that guests could not wait to tuck in. The baked goods were warm and tasty, the cheese and charcuterie platters generous and full of variety, and every snack offered such flavour and freshness. They really went the extra mile, delivering on time and ensuring everything was smooth and stress free for my big event. A very special thank you to Cam Tran, the Service Deli Manager, for her thoughtful advice and wonderful service. I am so thankful for their care and attention, which helped make the day a fantastic success. Highly recommended for any occasion where delicious food and friendly support make all the difference.

   This is an amazing store ,the layout and presentation is outstanding the staff are very helpful and polite,I would like to personally thank the staff working in the carpark area for helping my wife to her car Many Thanks.well worth a visit and that is what I will tell my family and friends. .still so good.    I'm a very regular user of the click and collect as I have a fear of going in to public places and easily get overwhelmed. The click and collect use to be very convenient when I could just get my shopping from the locker and leave. Lately the phone outside to speak to the staff if my items aren't in the locker (usually because the order is too big to fit which I understand) hasn't been working for over a month now, so I have to go in to the store which is the last thing I want to do and is the reason I get click and collect. Also now lately I've noticed no orders have been put in to the lockers at all even if they're small items? Happened about 3 times now. Really stressful for me and defeats most of the purpose for using click and collect or this supermarket in general. I understand it could be staffing issues but I've been really let down. Most of the staff are always very friendly when I do have to go in though.

   Have shopped here a few times: usual range of products, higher prices than Pak N Save but more pleasant physical shopping environment. Friendly checkout and greeting staff. However, today's experience with a surly, cheerless , rude member of the deli. staff who begrudgingly served me, delivered an 'OMG' look and bad temperedly plonked food items down on top of each other so I could clearly witness her displeasure when asked to select the item I had originally chosen. rather than the one she picked has prompted this poor review.

   Barn-style supermarket with very high roof line. Lots of the usual with larger take home prepared food section (warm and cold) and adequate wine selection. Easy parking, quick check out. Overall, ok rather than exceptional.
