   I dealt with Charmez today over the phone. She helped me sort some dickies work pants for my son. I wasn't able to go into the store, but she sorted me over the phone using my account. I just wanted to shout out to her for her lovely customer service. It is hard to come by today, but Charmez gets it, and she is a good asset to the team there at RedRat Manukau. If you are her boss and you read this, she's the example of excellent customer service! Get everyone to follow her. I'll be back to spend more money soon!

   I purchased a sweatshirt online...and the size I received is twice the size I normally wear. Despite my efforts to contact Redrat store, they refused to assist, however one of the employees, Charm,( Manakau Store)was able to issue me a store credit. It is greatly appreciated.
