Dotti Manager was professional, efficient & engaging. She took great care in listening and even offered to steam iron one of the garments I was exchanging. It was fantabulous service. This service extended to all the stores I went to St Luke's, Sylvia Park too finally a store where service is their standpoint as well as the beautiful clothes. I 'll be back. 6 stars
Walked in as I needed to exchange a pair of jeans I brought. The two girls working there stared at me and instantly went behind the counter and ducked down only to look over the counter my way and laugh. Every time I looked over they ducked down to look like they weren’t there. I was the only customer in the store at this time. I needed their help for the exchange but they just hid behind the counter only peeping above it to laugh. Very poor customer service from this store
I had the best shopping experience today thanks to store manager Emma Hancock! After walking around trying to find something to pair with the cutest boho top she advised black pants. I told her how I loved the leather ones they have but was unsure about the fit and before I knew it she had pictures out showing me how they sat on her and how she paired it with cute tops and I was sold! Her vibe and energy completely won me over to buy the pants and I left feeling so pumped to try it all on! Thanks Emma ! You rock !
I know nothing.... I'm an old bloke .... but my 17 year old co shopper says it's a great shop.
The store is quite cute and has some very nice pieces of clothing for a reasonable price and also has many dresses for offer which are perfect for balls. The staff don't really engage with me or say hi to me whenever I come in to look around however, their changing area is rather small, usually quite dusty and has stock piled in and around the rooms themselves.
