   The Farmer's Silverdale store has good customer service and their sale prices were very genuinely attractive. When we first came, we met with Ginette Lee, who helped us navigate whiteware good deals and had good product knowledge. All went smoothly until the delivery guys had issues delivering our huge fridge up the stairs. We had to refuse delivery and work to find a solution. It took a little longer than we would have liked, but Simon Wollerton, the manager, stayed with us every step of the way to find extra help in delivering the fridge to us. He stayed in contact, and we had the issues resolved well. Thank you, Simon, for making the situation more palatable and finding ways to make us feel we were being taken care of. This is my first shopping experience at Farmers for such large spend. With the help from Ginette when we first came to browse, and Simon when we faced issues, we did feel well cared for. I didn't give a 5 stars only because of the delays we encountered from your 3rd party delivery company resolving the issue, but otherwise for Farmers a full 5 stars. In the end, the 3rd party delivery persons were very pleasant and helpful too--I guess there was some miscommunication along the way in the first place about manpower needed for the job, which could have been avoided. All good now and thank you.

   Highly recommend Farmers Silverdale. Ginnette from the homeware department helped us with our purchases - she was so lovely and so very helpful. She has the kindest soul and went above and beyond to help us with our queries. Farmers quality is impeccable and their sales are top notch too!

   One of our last true multi purpose shops offering great variety of quality clothing for men and women with cosmetics and homegoods as well. Nicely displayed with good mid range pricing. Always worth considering when shopping for clothing or household items.

   When they are out of stock of underwear they say they are going to order it and ring you. this time they didn't even bother to order it for me. Last time they didn't bother to ring me to tell me the garments were there. ABSOLUTELY NO Customer service.

   Always such lovely and helpful ladies, one of the staff in the makeup section was very helpful in recommending a similar range to what I was looking for. Ended up ordering online but ordered it for click and collect at Silverdale as they never disappoint. Would love to see Revolution stocked in this branch though!

   HORRIBLE when i was trying to look for the lipgloss i wanted in the silver-dale farmers this lady with black curly hair with the name rochelle, she was following me and my friends around, accusing me of stealing and loudly saying the jumper, the sleeve and we told her we weren’t stealing. then called my friend a sl*t when she dropped her receipt she also sent other staff to look around for us and it was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional store experience i have ever been through. i really hope to never experience this again cause it made me very anxious and scared i left the store straight after my purchase.

   It's got a wide variety of products. Recently we purchased a table and benches the product arrived however was faulty,we went thru the head office about sorting it out ie some backup service. After waiting a bit got in touch with the silverdale store and they sorted the issue great attitude from the manager right through to the delivery guys . We even purchased some extra chairs.
