   Very disappointing experience We ordered a 1.8m dining bench at Farmers Sylvia Park, but the staff placed the order incorrectly as 1.6m. We only discovered this when we went to Farmers St Lukes to pick it up and realised it wasn’t what we had ordered. We then had to reorder the correct size, and a week later were told the 1.8m bench was ready for pickup at St Lukes. We went back to the store to return the incorrect bench and collect the new one, only to be told the item wasn’t there. I then had to call the assistant myself to double-confirm, after which the store staff checked their warehouse again and finally located our bench. This whole process caused unnecessary delays, multiple trips, and a lot of hassle. For such a simple furniture purchase, the order handling, communication, and internal systems were extremely poor. Very disappointing experience and a clear lack of coordination between stores.

   One of my go to stores in st lukes mall. The beauty and fragrance area is big and spacious but hardly see customers browsing there so space is a bit wasted.

   Always feel like i'm being profiled whenever i walk into this store, staff used to follow us around years ago, one time a staff member was following us around for about 10 minutes straight as we tried to browse before we just had to leave cause it was making us so uncomfortable. Good store tho, just unfortunate

   Felt ripped off. I’m writing on behalf of my wive, who after seeing a beige bra (Triumph Emeriodered Minimiser) was a red dot special @ $64.95 less 40% on FTC website, we drove in from Piha to St Luke’s store to find that only blue were available in limited sizes. According to staff the beige was never on special but that was the colour in the advertisement. Felt ripped off yet again, this is not the first time this has happened

   Having worked for this company in the past I have to admit that generally the staff are extremely helpful. However the day that my wife and I went shopping here I was disappointed that the store was short staffed and had to put signs up stating this fact but basically nothing else had been done to rectify this problem. There was 1 staff member who was more interested in her phone call than serving customers. Unfortunately this is what happens when the company policy is to cut staff numbers to increase profits. I also noticed that quality control over some of the fabrics in the clothing departments has slipped considerably.

   Bought a gift for a friend two days ago, took it back on the same day for a refund as it was not how he wanted, we got told that they only do "Gift card" as a refund, the staff did not informed us beforehand which doesnt make sense to me at all. The manager has a really bad attitude, the way he talk to us just make me feel like "you can not get me money back anyway" the whole experience is awful. Hope people choose where they buy their products more carefully.
