   I had a very disappointing experience at your store today, specifically due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of a manager named Kelly. While I was selecting denim near the entrance, the security sensor kept beeping even though I was well inside the store and had not crossed the security gates. At the same time, another Kiwi lady customer who was outside the store with clothes did not seem to be stopped or questioned. Kelly approached me and told me to stay inside, to which I responded that I was still inside and hadn’t gone past the security area. She then asked if I wanted to keep the clothes at the counter, and I explained that I hadn’t tried them on yet. As she turned away, I heard her say, “Don’t be rude.” I was shocked by the comment and asked her to clarify what she said. She replied that I was being rude, which I found completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I explained that I was inside the store and that the issue was clearly with the security system. I then asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she claimed she was the manager. As someone who has worked in management for four years, I was appalled at how she handled the situation. Her tone was confrontational and lacked any professionalism or empathy. Due to her behavior, I no longer felt comfortable or safe in the store and chose to leave without completing my shopping due to the way she spoke to me. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a managerial position. On a positive note, a indian male staff member had earlier approached me kindly and offered assistance with respect. I would like to make an official complaint regarding this incident. Please provide the appropriate contact email or channel so I can formally submit my concerns.

   Today, i was tsken aback by the appaling staff quality at this location. Upon waiting for my acquaintances to exit the changing vicinity, i was rudly met with a rather forward and abbrasive middle aged female, who started yelling at me and my comrades to get out of her way. Ironically, the cause for the blockage was her own mass, hence ordering us to leave was not going to solve her dilemma. There was absolutely no need to be rude. 1 star.

   I went to Just Jeans Albany this morning & was served by Catherine. What an asset to the store she is! She has a welcoming smile and goes out of her way to be helpful. 10 out 10 for her. Look after her as she is great.

   Terrible customer service from the short haired blonde lady at the counter today and very deceptive "promotions" to lure you in just to find you'll end up with no discount at all. Go next door to Jeans West.

   I don’t enjoy going to the mall, period. I had to get a jean for work and thought let me head over to just jeans at Westfield Albany. As we walked into the just-jeans store we were greeted by Rebecca almost instantly, and she made us feel welcome. She asked what I wanted in a jean and identified immediately what sort of jean I needed to get. Fitted the first jean and it was almost as it were made for me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I felt Rebecca was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Any retail shop would benefit having this superstar in their team. Thank you Rebecca

   I went into the store at Albany this week to buy a new pair of jeans. I thought I knew what I was after, but also wanted some advice on the different styles of jeans. I was lucky enough to be served by Jasmine. She was so helpful, so pleasant and so knowledgeable about the different styles and shapes available. Nothing was too much effort, she was honest in her opinions of what did and didn't work for me. At no time did I feel silly for asking questions or as if I was taking up too much of her time. She was an absolute pleasure to work with to achieve a very satisfactory purchase. Thank you very much Jasmine, I really appreciate your wonderful service, you are a credit to your store. Steph.
