   Have shopped here whenever I'm out Browns Bay way and the in store experience has been fine, however on last visit, I see this location now employs Smart Parking Compliance to monitor their customer car park (a company that boasts in their ASX investor presentations about issuing as many PBNs as they can as their main profit strategy ) Please be advise for this reason, given Smart Compliance Management's ongoing track record of incorrectly issuing inflated breach notices to even legitimate customers, I have ceased my custom at this store. I refuse to risk the possibility of receiving and then having to dispute an incorrectly issued breach notice. I kindly implore that this store reconsider it's choice of parking monitoring. I have relayed my concerns to my friends and family and they have in turn advised they will stop shopping at this store. I will also be writing to FoodStuffs head office. As a customer, I draw a firm line at this type of practice morally. Think twice before subjecting your customers to this type of monitoring.

   Nice store generally however purchased one of the plastic containers of chocolate chip cookies from the bakery thinking they would be more like home made biscuits. They were absolutely awful, brick hard and tasted anything but fresh. Even the kids didn't like them. Come on bakery - surely you can do better than that!

   The store is friendly and clean, and more importantly, the deli makes this nice cottage pie that makes for a good 'can't be bothered cooking' dinner. I also rented a rug doctor from them, and they were so helpful all said and done. Veeral was the stand-out employee for me, along with her supervisor whose name I didn't get. The Irish lady who checked the machine I returned and returned my deposit was also super friendly and helpful. I still shop here even though I've moved away from the suburb. That's how awesome they are!

   I don't usually come to this store..now I know why. Sunday student staff require a serious pep talk on customer service. Totally inconvenienced the deli staff to fulfill my order and felt lucky not to have the package thrown at me. Just boo. Suggest they visit the lovely staff at Long Bay for some guidance on what good looks like.
