   Very useless staff inside all they will say is ‘sir whatever is on display we have’. They did not bother to even assist people even if they are senior and need assistance on what they want, and half of the time there’s a lady worker that just sits in the middle of the aisles blocking the clothes you want to choose. Need to improve and not buying from here ever again.

   I am a regular buyer but one thing so annoying that they don’t do exchanges even if the product is only on 20% discount sale. Here in nz even the product is on clearance reduced 70/80 percent still can be exchanged at least. But i don’t know what kind of rule they have. Second time ordered online and next day cant even exchange that because the fit was not right, very disappointing.

   Love the men thobes (jubba) there... the quality is super good and the customer service was excellent.. we got the size from the storage because the staff was well aware of it and was quite helpful.. thank you.. highly recommend

   Perfect for online shopping. The parcel may take a long time to arrive as all orders are completed once a sale is over. Not so perfect for shopping in-store as customer service is not up to the standard that should be for an amazing brand like J.

   Good clothes and good selections although bit over priced. The girl who worked on Sunday 27th Aug, literally no idea why is she even working there as she seemed so unpleasant and unfriendly, no greetings nor smile on her face even when we got quite a few clothes from the shop, don't think she is enjoying what she does and she sure has a bad unfriendly attitude towards customers. Won't be back as it's pretty unprofessional.

   Bad customer service; they don't do refund and be careful with items on sale, they refused to exchange item I bought on sale, saying that they can only change the size but cant exchange with another style even when I said I will pay the difference!

   The staff isn't fully trained when asked for sized the only reply they gave is no size is available in that and later you go find it in the store, best suggestion would be don't visit the store if your after a specific size because they won't bother go look for it

   Great place, great shop, great location and great variety in center of Mount Roskill. In the shop you will feel you are in any J. store in Pakistan. Complete traditional outlook representing Pakistani culture. Very cooperative and helpful staff and reasonable price, however price tag is missing from many of the items. Sufficient parking on the road as well as ground floor parking behind the shop in Tulja Centre.
