   Bought some dresses from here. The store is big with lots of clothes and easy to find what you need. Staff are friendly. Prices are good, but some items feel a bit cheap. Still a good place to shop.

   Was at cotton on today just wanting to start my Christmas shopping, took everything up to the cash register and had an item I wanted to exchange for some other I picked out. The cashier Es-Mari as per my receipt was very rude, rolling her eyes and scoffing at us for no reason and made it sound like a chore to serve us, didn't even ask if I wanted to dontae as I usually do when shopping also never asked if I needed a bag. Was super upsetting as the rest of the staff there today were super friendly and helpful.

   Went in to purchase a pair of jeans which say they’re available and in stock at this store. Was told that they’re not there and “probably” boxed up to be sent to outlet stores so I should check there instead, or buy them online. Super frustrating as I needed them by today. You need to get your stock sorted as this will make me think twice about going into your stores to shop.

   Went into Albany’s Cotton On, with high hopes as its one of their lager stores. Other than having a large variety, I was extremely let down by the customer service. I wasn’t greeted nor was I asked if I needed assistance while shopping - I was running sizes back and forth for my daughter whilst the girl at changing room was leaning against the clothes rack. Other than that, just loads of chatting among staff whilst customers were around and clearly needing help - felt very unapproachable. Was in store Thursday night around 6:30pm.

   Great service from Christian from Albany branch on Friday. Helped me with gifts for my patient that I look after and even treated myself to some goodies after he helped me spot a few things. Very positive, patient and good attitude - and not rushed even though it was busy! Saw him going up to others also, not just pick and choose customers. So good!

   Disgusting customer service. I've never wanted to say anything enough is enough. Team members gathering around the counter like there aren't people in store. Sitting on the floor like we're all at home chilling, making customers feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at them. Fix your team or I'll take this to the higher ups.

   Absolutely disgusted by one of the workers there on Thursday. Your worker was leaning on the clothing racks drinking a drink on floor when she approached me and my friend as we walked in. She took one look at my friend and told them "you have been caught stealing here, you need to leave immediately" both of us have been loyal cotton on lovers since we were kids and have never stolen in our lives. There was no proof, no nothing and they were accused of this. I'm not sure if she was just after a little kick or she was bored but how embarrassing for us! we won't be back

   To the staff member winter ( I hope that was her name as I didn't ask but her name was on my receipt) I walk in needing a funeral outfit and she went above and beyond for me to try and find me the perfect outfit and she did if I could give her more then 5 stars I would she turned my frown into a smile thank you winter for making my day your a star ⭐ your customer service skills are amazing

   This cotton on place is large and clothes were well set out. What i noticed that the variety of apparel were diverse and the mens section compared to other stores had a huge range of clothing . The store itself is not only large but spacious not that cramped. Also ♿ accessible . Good store to check out

   First visit to this store,plenty of range and space, great to have different zones for product mixes. Ambience,look and feel of the place was upbeat and good. They have a deal where for every $100 you spend you get a $10 voucher. Plenty of parking available in the Albany Mega Centre.
