   I’ve never shopped at RedRat prior to my visit today, I was in need of a watch so I thought ild have a look in the RedRat store in Henderson. I walked in and there were no customers but 4 workers, not one of them greeted me or asked if they could be of any assistance. Honestly all but one of the worker looked straight gloomy and unbothered. I took one look around and just walked out as I felt so uncomfortable the way the staff just stared with no emotion.

   No wonder this place has low score reviews. Attitude of the sales people as if it is a 2 dollar shop. No interest whatsoever, they act like they do you a huge favor. Also what a joke, we bought 110 doll hoodie today and they didn't even give us free bag lol! They asked 30 cents for the bag. Never come here again. Owners wake up!

   If I could give 0 stars thats what it would be. Never ever use Red Rat Henderson. There should be no additional costs when exchanging items. Not stated on their website, if it is I couldn't see it. Terms and conditions should be clear, easy to read and understand or staff should have stated their will be an additional cost for the exchange which Jenny never said anything about. Thats false advertising and you know it. I will never shop at Red Rat again. You have lost a customer who had genuine interest in your products. I will also be advising my family and friends not to purchase your items. Absolutely poor service from Jenny at the Henderson branch. No wonder you lose business because you don't know how to do your job!!! You need to upskill your staff Red Rat.

   I've been a long time member and the shop is always full of helpful workers. They are informative on their in-store products and are always quick to offer assistants which is excellent. Only thing I can fault them on is being discrete and showing privacy in regards to customers information when asking to check your account balance. The will shout out at you from across the room or ask out loudly in-front of a room full of customers for your private information, e.g. date of birth, password and street address. It would be nice if they could NOT ask for date of birth as they clearly have a set password (that's in their system), the customers address and surely that should be enough. They lack being discrete and showing privacy in my view.
