Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you request a refund, you are forced to arrange it only around the manager’s working days, which is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
went in today round early arvo. the staff gave great advice and service especially for us customers only browsing and in the process of deciding in store. was very happy with the purchase made. top quality clothing, affordable, great deals, fits perfectly for us bigger boys. I shopped at Johnny Bigg Dressmart (Onehunga) on Sunday 2nd November 2025 and I’ve got to say, the customer service from the two girls working that day was excellent. From the moment my mum and I walked in, they greeted us, offered help, and assisted with sizes. I ended up making a purchase that day because of how great the service was. I didn’t catch their names but really wanted to acknowledge how awesome they were.
Customer service could use a little more personality eg: When someone walks into the store, especially an empty store, lift your heads up and acknowledge the customer, don’t ignore them, If you don’t enjoy customer interactions, I’m sure there’s a factory somewhere where you don’t have to deal with human beings.
It's the store for us big boys Sizes up to 8xl with a good variety of apparel and accessories to choose from. Suits are cool the fabric and quality are great. They have the sizes marked clearly so it's easy to find your size. Standard to trendy clothes with 2 big size fitting room's.
Went here this morning with my partner looking for a few new suits for him. The two girls behind the counter were basically mute - didn’t greet us, didn’t speak to us until we went by them to mention the sale they have on. Zero customer service skills, obviously not wanting to make a sale nor did they look like they wanted to be at work. Walked out and went to the Sylvia Park branch which has exceptional service.
This is my go to Johnny Bigg store. I have purchased from: St. Luke's, Sylvia Park, Hamilton and Onehunga. The Onehunga store is by far my favourite due to the consistently great Customer Service I have received here, hence I keep coming back. The team members in particular who have assisted me as of late with my clothing needs have been attentive and even offered their own styling input which has been well received. Thank you Caitlyn and Ecclesi for your excellent efforts.

I absolutely loved the service by Bryanna. I was in search of a suit for school ball and I was referred here by my friend who also bought his suit from here. Love how there are variety of sizes and designs. Glad I was able to find myself a suit. I highly recommend this store for you to shop. You won't regret it at all. I will definitely be back soon. I dont write too many reviews but this time I felt I had to. 1st time been to Johnny Bigg and Joelene, the manager were so helpful, caring and friendly on the way in and out. She is absolutely impeccable with her work and made us feel special when we were there. Such an amazing personalities all round in this place. Unforgettable experience with Johnny Biggs. Good quality for the products and good service from the team! We are coming there again for the 3rd time.
