Nice clean clothing store with a good range of men’s clothes. I bought some white jeans and a T-shirt and the quality was nice. Prices are decent, and there are heaps of items on sale. Staff are friendly and helpful. Handy spot for a quick shop inside the mall.
Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the young man working in Brothers Hallensteins Glenfield mall today (Sunday, 10/8/25). We had a gift exchange voucher, and even though we struggled to find something to do the exchange, he was very patient, polite and professional. An asset to the store.
staff never approach unless you go up to them . always too busy doing tasks even when there are no customers around . please learn how to multitask and cater to customers at the same time
A decent sized Hallensteins store in the busy Glenfield Mall. All the variety of clothes available online are mostly stocked in here too. The try rooms are spacious enough. The staff are nice and welcoming. They also help you choose a product if asked, which is nice. The location is easily accessible and opening hours are set up as per the mall's timings. There are advertised specials available at times. Well recommended.
I visited to buy a present for my brother but wasn't sure on what to get, the shop assistant Hannah was really really friendly and helpful. She showed me so many different options and really listened to my feedback. I'm overall very very satisfied with the customer service I received especially considering the fact that the store was very busy and she was the only one working at the time.
The lady who gave help on difference on crew and tall t-shirts. Also put in my details if I need to do a change on colour of the t-shirts without bringing receipts. Very impressive, kind and superb customer service . forgot to check out her name. She wears black today and is the cashier as well. You need this kind of employee!!
Can't find words better than awesome..great..excellent. we turned up about 10 minutes before closing time. The young lads served us happily- service with a smile. Then we had to swap an item- easy . Then we had to take an item back as it was damaged- with no receipt as I lost it. They happily exchanged it. Couldn't thank them enough. Thanks guys and keep up the awesome service and work.
Buy the two tees on the shop, the shop assistant service was really bad, and That guy called Jay or sth whatever. We bought tees and they only got one size on the high shelf, and I asked him for help but he is not happy for help. Maybe we disturbed he conversations with his colleague when he was working. But I will never shop on there anymore
I came in here looking for an outfit and received great service. The staff worked with me on several looks and I left very happy with a full outfit including shoes. The different styles in shirts, suits, pants and shoes was awesome. The prices are very reasonable and doesn't blow out your budget too much. Great service and store.
