“Got there for a tonsillectomy for the son, everything was incredibly smooth, considerate and organised since the first call, throught to filling forms, receiving instructions from the admission and anesthetist to getting to the hospital. On the day, we received the best treat ever, the entire process was easy and guided, doctor was skilled and experienced, we were discharged after 4 hours with the kid drinking and eating close to normally, on top of that, they called me on the next day to check in....overall, was phenomenal, should be a role model for the other medical services providers in New Zealand.”

Netting was very noticeable unfortunately was their working conditions in the office area. It was extremely warm and not comfortable for anyone to be there for too long. Maybe the landlord might be able to at the least put In an air condition unit. The staff deserve that. Fingers crossed, for next time I visit there is one installed.”

“My two years old male cat has been diagnosed and treated in ARC vets Shore for a urinary obstruction. I had already received injections and medication from the local vet, but it didn't get better for 4 days and got worse, so I ended up coming to the ARC over the weekend. He was hospitalized for a day and returned safely to our family today. I'm grateful to the kind vet, Jess, for her prompt and clear treatment and explanations. My cat can now urinate and I can immediately tell that he is doing much better than yesterday. Of course, I had to pay not kind medical expenses, but this opportunity gave me the opportunity to learn about various diseases that frequently occur in male cats. “The St Lukes vets are such a professional and caring clinic - I am very happy to have chosen them for our dogs. We have unfortunately had to put a dog down there and they were super caring, talked through my options and helped make the awful process as kind and humane as possible - all the while I kept blubbering. They have seen our animals on very short notice when we thought they were in pain and even rung us to move appointments up when they thought the issue should be addressed sooner. They have rung to see how the dogs are the day after care and been super friendly, kind and professional. Highly recommend”
