I had a wonderful initial experience with the Physio who reviewed my injury and then referred me for an MRI. As I was leaving ghe administrator asked if I wanted to book in a for the following week, and after some consideration I has expressed that I would not like to book an appointment. To my surprise, an appointment was booked and as I hadn't shown up, a cancelation fee was then charged. Great way to win the battle but lose the war.

Horrible experience. My husband went to Jared for lower back pain and he spoke to my husband in a very condescending manner, to the tune of being racist and failed to provide the treatment we were expecting. This was on top of being charged a fee for a injury covered under ACC.
Catherine is a Pinc specialist who helped me with loosening up shoulder stiffness and underarm pain following surgery, as well as scar massage. She was thorough, patient and incredibly kind. I can highly recommend her work.
Bad service and expensive , I rang up asking them about how to get ACC claim for physio treatment the woman said they charge $45 for it. I rang other physio on remuera road and new Windsor road they offer free consultation. Beware people shop smarter.
