   I had an eye health examination due to a lump I needed checked out. The pre test was thorough - eye pressure test and another test. The Optometrist was very thorough, explained clearly the test and felt confident and relieved and also was advised to keep an eye (excuse the pun) out for changes etc. All the staff that I interacted were friendly and clear with communication. I was provided a quote for my new specs - which no doubt will go back to this branch to get in the new year.

   I had to make an urgent appointment following an eye injury (my 6 month old smacked my eye causing a membrane tear). Dr. Shirley Wang took such great care of me. She explained things properly, was very kind and compassionate and sorted me out. She did an excellent eye exam reassuring me through the whole process and prescribed the appropriate treatment/medications and even gave me some free samples when the pharmacy was out of stock. She went above and beyond. I am so grateful. She also booked me in for a follow up check where she assessed the effectiveness of the treatment and then my eye pressures. Again, I was treated with so much kindness and empathy. If you need an optometrist - go see Dr Shirley Wang at SpecSavers Westfield Manukau and/or Supacenter. She works both sites and honestly - worth her weight in gold. Thank you!

   I came to ask for nose pads to be replaced for my old glasses (after an accident with my current glasses). My wife, who was with me, asked the lady at the counter if she could have her glasses tightened as well. I was very surprised when the lady told us that it could be done this time, but we should have made a booking. I (including my family) have been with Specsavers for many years but my first time in this branch. I have never heard about needing to make a booking for this type of 5-minute job (at most). I am very familiar with the online booking system, and I told her that online booking was for eye checks or assessments only, which gave her a surprised look. She then proceeded to say that we could come to the store or call to book - I just listened to her, trying to make things complicated and sort of lecturing us about not being valued customers. It is a bad experience and an honestly quite distressing experience for us to be spoken to like that. 2 stars because of getting the job done, but my experience as a customer was appalling.

   I’m extremely disappointed with the way my sons recent eye appointment was handled. After waiting a week for this much-needed appointment, I received a cancellation call just 30 minutes before the scheduled time. To make matters worse, the information on their website completely contradicted what the staff told me over the phone. I relied on the online booking and confirmation details, only to be told something entirely different last minute. This lack of internal communication is frustrating and unprofessional. It’s incredibly inconvenient to block off time from work and other responsibilities, only to have it wasted like this. I expected better from a healthcare provider. They need to seriously improve how they communicate with patients and manage their scheduling systems.

   Very helpful, I have purchased glasses and lenses from here for over twenty+ years any repairs or cleaning has been sorted whenever I have taken them in store. Thorough testing, affordable and great range of styles, excellent customer service and yearly sale bargains. Also how often do you ring up or go to a store and they remember your name that just doesn’t happen anymore. Thanks Noah! Always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

   My experience with the Morley Specsavers team was excellent. Klaus took time to diagnose the problem when doing my eye test and I felt he was spot on with his response and the new set of specs confirmed that. The customer service staff and sale staffs were very helpful with the choice of frames. The whole process from online booking to customer greeting, pre-testing, testing, frame and lenses selection, glasses fitting and after sales was working very well and it was a wonderful experience. The team was professional, friendly and well trained. I could not fault anything and would strongly recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Well done team!

   I was so glad to receive the service that I did, I have had bad experiences in the past with Specsavers and was weary about coming in for support with my specs. Anyway, when I came in to Manukau to get my specs adjusted the young Tongan girl in the front, Anna? She was so lovely & adjusted my glasses for me. She did a good job. Her customer service was so good that it encouraged me to book another eye appointment there. Thanks Anna.

   Have no issues with the staff always excellent service but the quality of the glasses are terrible my 4th pair and always have the same issue with the screw on the frames (where it holds the lense in) coming loose and lense falling out I have to keep tightening the screws, eventually the screw will come out completely. I've had my glasses less than a year and I make sure they are cased when not being used. Currently i use a piece of tin foil till i can get them fixed or a replacement pair. Quite disappointing. My family experience the exact same issue.
