I was there for my ultrasound on 6/11, the experience was unforgettably awful. 1. Scheduling Confusion: Prior to my appointment, I called to ask if it was external, as I was in my menstrual cycle. I was assured it was external. I received a reschedule call on the day of the appointment, and I double-checked this detail, receiving the same confirmation. This was important for my comfort and preparation. Upon arrival got give the consent form for internal scan. 2. Insurance Handling & Reception: Upon arrival, I was informed at the front desk that my insurance claim had been declined. This was the first I was hearing of it. The receptionist stated, "we discussed this with you," which was incorrect. When I reacted with surprise, she offered no explanation or assistance, only a look that seemed to question if I would pay. This was handled with zero empathy or professionalism, causing significant and unnecessary stress at the start of a medical appointment. 3. Unprofessional Environment: While checking in, I overheard two receptionists complaining about a customer one of them had just spoken to on the phone. This created an unwelcoming and unprofessional atmosphere. 4. Throughout the interaction, the receptionist who checked me in was cold and dismissive. I did not feel welcomed, comfortable, or that any empathy was extended. As a patient, this was disheartening. Furthermore, I requested that my receipt be emailed to me for insurance purposes. This request was not actioned, and I discovered I did not have the necessary documentation when I went to file my claim. This is a basic administrative failure that has caused me further inconvenience. I must note that the doctor who performed the scan was kind, warm, and took care to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure. The 1 star goes to her. However, apart from that everything else was terribly awful that I do not want to go back for any service.

I had a great experience at this radiology clinic. The reception staff were very helpful and assisted me with claiming my insurance directly, which made the process so much easier. The radiographer explained everything clearly and kindly shared her own experience to answer my questions. I really appreciated the professional and caring service.

I was happy with how the scan itself was carried out, as the staff were professional. However, I found my interaction at reception disappointing. When I enquired about accessing my ultrasound images, I was told quite abruptly that images are not given to patients. Later, when the patient portal was mentioned, the explanation was given in a way that felt somewhat dismissive and left me feeling uncomfortable. As the scan was very important to me, I would appreciate if future communication with patients could be handled with more patience and clarity, as this would make the overall experience much more positive.

I was due for a scan in the morning (July 23), which didn't work out because of my medical condition that morning. The staff immediately looked for another time slot later that afternoon and booked me in. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Because I was in pain that afternoon, they even took me in ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I felt I was being looked after and being cared for. Very professional all round!
