I was greeted and assisted with filling my paper work out, by a lovely, friendly and very professional receptionist. Sat in a nice waiting area. A very friendly, informative and very professional radiologist took care of my appointment requirements. A very pleasant experience.

If you are pregnant, worried and needing a fetal wellbeing scan, please go somewhere else. I had one here in October last year and am only ready to write this now as it was very traumatic. It would have been a sad experience regardless to find out our baby's heartbeat had stopped, but it was made so much worse because of the insensitivity of staff. During the check the sonographer choose to let us figure it out on our own that our baby had died by simply not talking for such a long period of time that we said it first. I will never forget that long period of silence. It was a cowardly method of delivering the bad news and made an emotionally painful experience even more so. After she confirmed the loss we prepared to leave the room. In an effort to be strong and kind as we were leaving I said "it can't be an easy job for you". Unfortunately she took this as an opportunity to immediately vent to us about how very hard her job was and how she disliked pregnancy checks like this, that she was working at this particular place primarily because they so rarely have to do this, went on and on about how hard this moment was FOR HER... at that point I excused myself to the bathroom to get away from her vent - but could hear through the wall her continuing to off load on my partner who had just lost a child too. We then walked to the reception area where they reminded us we still needed to pay for the scan (perhaps it would be kinder to ask for payment BEFORE this kind of appointment in case it's bad news). So then we stood at the reception, feeling very much on show for all in the waiting room, as the receptionist attempted to work the eftpos machine. It kept on failing to connect over and over and over. She got more and more flustered with each attempt but kept trying. I was silently weeping while we waited, and my tears must have made her uncomfortable because she then literally waved her hand frantically only 20cm in front of my face while saying "Just go! We'll invoice you, just go! bye! BYE! BYE!!!". I was shocked at her rudeness but was at least relieved we were allowed to leave. We walked to the lift and pushed the button and waited for the lift to arrive, as it was a little bit more private my partner held me while I cried on his chest. The same woman (who could clearly see what we were going through) then yelled out, "It's working now, you can come back and pay!". We were aghast she thought this appropriate after saying an invoice could be sent, but my partner did as she asked and went back to pay via card, while I choose to wait by the lift alone. They all need empathy training of some kind and to remember that when a woman finds out she has lost her baby in your clinic, she shouldn't be made to feel like her grief has ruined your day or made you uncomfortable. It's not all about you and looking after the patient's wellbeing should be more important than getting your money asap. This place has no heart.

Had an Epidural Steroid injection. I was not able to sit to wait and was offered amazing assistance to lie down on a bed. Instructions about the procedure were very detailed and clear. The procedure was painless and I was explained every step of the process. The entire staff and doctor were very friendly and professional. I could not expect to have a better experience. Came a little stressed and left very happy

My receptionist was friendly and welcoming, smiling and bubbly. Overall first time experience was great for me. Swift, no long waits, straight in, straight out. Feel bad reading other people’s negative experiences though.

My appointment time was changed in the middle of the night when I was sleep. I called back in the morning as I saw the missed call and was told my appointment has been moved. This is without my consent, communication or barely 10 hours notice before you rang me in the night to reschedule my appointment. I couldn’t pick the call as I was sleeping but how about an email or text like you send to confirm the appointment? I got nothing. Thank god I rang back in the morning or else I would’ve probably reached my appointment on time and just been ghosted. Please don’t treat people who come for MRI like they don’t matter.
