I would never recommend this clinic for anything other than extractions. They charged me $800 for a bridge that never fitted properly (I couldn't even eat while wearing it) and refused to fix or replace it.
I contacted Quality Care Dentist around midday as I had a severe toothache, and despite their fully booked schedule, the receptionist, Khushboo, was exceptionally accommodating. She went out of her way to organize an emergency appointment for me with Dr. Sangeeta. The team at Quality Care Dentist has always been courteous, efficient, and genuinely patient. Their consistent level of care and willingness to assist, even at short notice, is truly commendable. A big thank you to Khushboo, Dr. Sangeeta for their outstanding service. The dentist as well as the reception staff and dental nurse are very professional and very friendly at the same time. The dentist, Sangeeta explained my questions in details in very simple language. I have been visiting this place since last 1.5 years & I wont hesitate in giving 5 star to this clinic & also all the staff working out there. Most kind regards to Dr. Sangeeta the way she handled my case is absolute marvelous. As I had quite a lot surgeries happened over my gums back in India also carrying bridges & crown . However, Dr. Sangeeta had taken all the care whenever I have visited for the treatment at her Auckland clinic. I found Dr. Sangeeta to be very thorough, explained every aspect of what she found with excellent communication which brought me up to date on what is going on in my mouth. Her clinical skills are outstanding, I have received exactly what I was looking for in my appointment today. Together with great support staff, I almost fell asleep on the chair receiving the treatment. I am a dentist myself so I think I know what to look out for, and Dr. Sangeeta and her team certainly ticks all the right boxes. This place is A++ for me.
