“I have been attending this dentist for over ten years. The service is excellent in every respect. My dentist, Christine Johnson is friendly, communicates well and makes me comfortable during dental procedures. I feel I am treated like a human being not like an object in a dentist chair. Communication throughout treatment are excellent. I am kept aware of costs through accurate quotes and options. On occasions the work has been done under what was initially quoted. The dental hygienists are friendly, competent and attend to my comfort during dental cleaning. During my last appointment I treated by Annalise Wood. She proved to be an excellent communicator, very important to me as I am profoundly deaf, have a cochlear implant and being in a dentist’s chair presents unusually difficult communication problems. The practice makes time available at short notice when a dental problem arises, and I have been able to get an appointment at short notice on a couple of occasions. When early for one of these I was given a biscuit and a cup of coffee. I am interested in technology. The practice keeps up to date with technology and are well informed about current best procedures in dentistry. In addition to the usual x ray equipment, they have a state-of-the-art binocular microscope, 3D printer and a scanner all of which have been used to my advantage while undergoing dental treatment.”

“My precious, beautiful sweet girl became very ill. The love and care she received from everyone, namely BETH, was just top notch. It was a very scary time, something I don’t wish on anyone and their beloved pet. Richard and his team are just wonderful along with the amazing reception team. “Hanan has been a lifesaver for me! I had been struggling with foot pain for 6 months, had an MRI, X-rays, seen a number of Specialists and was even told I needed surgery but then a friend recommended Hanan to me. “Went to Trinity MRI in Newmarket for my firsf ever MRI, the place was beautiful, so calm and relaxing i went with my son, husband and father in law the receptionist gave my son some toys to play with and offered my family tea and coffee. The MRI staff, nurses ans doctors were excellent. Highly recommend this place if you need to MRI scans.”

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Srishti Dawra weekly since early July till yesterday. After I’ve done surgery, I was struggling with my body strength for the whole time. Not just at work also when I carried some light stuff or carry a bag, all of small things make me so tired at that moment until I hurt my leg and hip at the work. And I started to come here to see Dr. Srishti. She is so patient and knows what was happening to my body.I do the exercises she gives to me every time when I see her. Whenever I go back to see her and give her feedback of what my body feels after exercising. She always adjusts the workout again and even suggested the Acupuncture for me to relax and strengthen my body at the same time. It helped me a lot. I also need to thank Dr. Pam. They both are so professional and patient whenever I see them. Especially with the lovely smile it encourages me to not give up on myself. After 4 months of therapy, my body finally feels good again and with more strength, also never been like this flexible!!! I’m so happy and appreciative of I can get back to juggling again with no pain. And even, I couldn’t jump well for a longgggg time. Now I can feel my legs can jump higher. Thank you Dr. Srishti. “MicroMed spray has been an ideal preventative intervention for my German Shepherd. As soon as I see him biting or licking a spot, I use the spray. 9/10 it will clear up before I have to do anything else. It is also good for when there is a hotspot, to help him pay less attention to it alongside shaving/cropping the fur so it can heal.”

“6 days ago I checked in at 7.30am on a Wednesday morning and my hip replacement journey started. This was my 14th surgery since a fateful, wet night on Swanson Road in 1981, so I have a lot to compare it to. I've been in 9 different hospitals over those years, 3 being public hospitals and the other 6 being private hospitals. Brightside is exceptional. For a start, it's small. That means you don't get forgotten. The staffing levels are great and they really get the time to spend with you by your bedside. The staff are lovely. The bestest! It's a sign of how great the workplace culture is at Brightside, that so many staff have been there a long time. Some staff members up to 30 years. Many I spoke to, at least 7 years. The hospital has been there in Epsom for many years, but has had a complete renovation with 4 state-of-the-art operating theatres. No wonder my surgeon wants to use their facilities. The food. OMG, the food! It was the best I've had in a private hospital. Yum. Thank you to Brightside for a great experience. You rock. See you soon for my 15th surgery.”

He often says he hopes not to see me, as his wish is for all his patients to stay healthy. To help me take better care of my body, he explains the causes of illness and uses images to vividly illustrate the principles behind them. I’m truly grateful to have him as my GP. I also feel sorry for always bringing no less than two issues to each visit, taking up more of his time, but he always patiently explains everything to me. Dr. Fred is a trustworthy and excellent GP.”
