   Came in today with my two daughters to get their glasses at Specsavers Pakuranga. The whole team was friendly and helpful, but we especially want to thank our optometrist Eileen Chen! Eileen is absolutely amazing! My English isn’t great, but Eileen spoke to us in Mandarin the whole time and explained everything so clearly and patiently (prescription, lens choices, and how to look after the kids’ eyes). Both my girls felt totally relaxed and happy throughout the appointment. She is so gentle, professional, and brilliant with children. This is the third time we’ve seen Eileen and we always leave feeling very well taken care of. Thank you to Eileen and the lovely staff here — highly recommend this store, especially for Chinese-speaking families!

   The Manager and staff at Specsavers in Pakuranga put the customers top of their priority. They treat everyone the same and provide an excellent service. I live in Papakura and will now make the drive to Pakuranga for this very reason. Totally recommend this store.

   1st time Contact lens fitting - had the most patient and helpful optometrist assistant gently guiding my teenager through learning to use their first contact lens. They ordered several types in so he could find the best for comfort. Fantastic store

   Staff are pleasant and efficient. Optician Steven is highly knowledgeable and willing to take time to explain functions of the eye and any treatment options that may be required. Certainly one of the best Optometrists I have come across. Pakuranga is lucky to have such a professional.

   Good place to get your glasses. Very good service from both optometrist and young Filipino sales lady who help me to select my glasses as I was clueless. All at a decent price. Friendly environment, superior customer service, decent price. Highly recommended, what more can I say except to say I will be back.

   I had a pair of curved sports glasses that needed lenses cut and fitted for a custom insert. My local specsavers were adamant they couldn't help at all and refused to even look into it. My friend recommended I try the Pakuranga branch. They helped me confirm with a local supplier to provide and custom cut the lenses to my prescription. It took less than one day from confirmation to delivery. It really goes to show who is willing to go the extra mile. I regularly need new glasses and contacts. No doubt this store will be getting my future return business.

   Great service great help from the team at Pakuranga Spec savers. I had Stephen the optometrist who was fantastic and then I had Aira Llanto who took care of me once I finished either the optometrist. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend her and the team. Thanks so much for making it so easy.
