    I've been going to Balmoral Vets with my cats for a couple of years. The staff are friendly and look after animals well. However I have found that they charge around 2-3 times what other vets do, and as such have unfortunately lost my trust. I think there are better vets within this area of Auckland that are motivated by animal welfare, rather than maximising their profits

    This is the best veterinary Care in Auckland. My cat was unwell. Dr Karen was very diligent in dealing with me despite the suddenness of the appointment. Both the manager lady and the receptionist lady were extremely helpful and made me and my cat very happy. My cat's condition is improving. Thank you so much.

    I used to go get back in 2006 and they were great, everyone was friendly and they provided a good service. However, now it has changed. The vets are amazing, they are so kind and wonderful with my puppy. But certain members of the front of house team were not as amazing. They were judgemental and condescending towards me during payment time. I have since transferred to another vet who have awesome vets as well as front of house staff. I have received a apology from the staff member since, after calling the practice manager who was very professional and handled the situation well. So unfortunate that one staff member can bring down a whole team.
