They need to be upfront if there is delay. They only advised about delay once enquired. I understand if it is 5-10 mins delay. But total wait time exceeded half an hour. I am not sure if it is common practice but they insist that you need second appointment for the treatment.
Most unprofessional and worst dentist I've met. A few days ago I went there and wasn't able to get my sore tooth taken out b/c they say we only booked a time for 1 tooth and they recommend getting both affected tooth out. Ok I was fine with that and they rebooked for another time which is today. Went there again and wasn't able to get it out again, why b/c they say I don't have a approval to get it out and the dentist say they told me the last time but no, the dentist didn't tell me anything about approval only the pill name I've been taking. And before she say without approval she can't take the tooth out she already got injected the anesthetic which worsen my pain. That 1 particular dentist working here should be more transparent and stop shirking responsibility towards the customer.
Awesome service, no long waits. Lovely staff and so welcoming. I had dr TJ as my dentist, she was so kind and caring. Had a wisdom tooth extraction done and deep clean, Highly recommend this place. Thanks dental planet ☺️
last year i thought they were amazing, this year after i had treatment it feels like they kicked me to the kerb as soon as it went wrong. ive been in pain since February. recently it feels like im being tasered in my sleep my nerve keeps firing and now my throat is burning in that spot far worse than before. it's not like i hounded them for appointments l only came in once after my stitches were taken out and they seemed more concerned with defending the dentist than helping me. i tried booking an appointment online a month after that and they straight up cancelled twice. i haven't eaten on the left side if mouth for 7 months and I'm not sure ill ever be able to again

Great service from the time you walk into reception, through to examination. I saw Dr Sa'Ane and her assistant, an exceptional team. Great care taken as I was very nervous and tense, haven't been to a dentist in over 40 years, thoughts of pain, ran rampant in my head, however these 2 took great care of me. Dr Sa'Ane and her assistant were very accommodating and reassuring to help me get through it. If I needed a break, I was given it. I really appreciated the time and care they took. Easy to follow advice was given to for after care and maintenance of my teeth, and gums. A++ service and highly recommended!
Thorough examination and teeth clean, great advice for my teenager for aftercare and what they are doing right caring for their teeth and gums with healthy balanced diet and cleaning. Great demeanour and customer care from receptionist and Dentist was accommodating and very informative, over all lovely to deal with and that’s truely saying something as usually not a place one enjoys going to. Also previous visit a filling needed a second fix up as was still giving trouble after a month and they sorted it no problems all good. Highly recommended
Customer service at reception, Smile and greet customers at reception as first point of contact, ensure that when receptionist is talking to the customers she uses the right tone and gesture to help us. Treat all ethnicities the same, every customer should be valuable to you, we pay the same rate for the service.When customer calls to book an appointment ask questions during the phone call what the appointment is about then book the appropriate service. The receptionist asked me again what we needed, so I was confused if I was booked the right service or no, when I was at the clinic I expected you guys to know why I was there.The dentist and the assistant were helpful and caring.Reception service needs improvement!!
Thejaswini (TJ) took care of me. Extraction's and getting my false teeth.Always ask my opinion but she know's what she doing, so I leave it to her. Hate dentist, but this experience was surprisingly painless. Just close your eyes and open wide. Staff are friendly! Clean, calm & not much parking spaces.
I have had multiple treatment done at Dental Planet in Manukau and It's such a safe and comfortable environment, customer service is awesome, everyone is friendly, reasonable prices. I have recommended most of my family to Dental planet Manukau.
