   My shades were wobbly and tilted on one side, so I went to Specsavers. The staff there was super helpful, especially one lovely team member (sorry, I didn’t catch her name). She was very friendly, fixed my glasses in no time, and didn’t charge me a thing. It was a really great experience with that staff member!

   The process from start to finish of getting updated prescription glasses was amazing the people were respectful and pleasant. The Eye Doctor knew what he was talking about and was super lovely. I would recommend anyone with a disability go to Specsavers Mt Roskil you will be treated with respect and caring. You all made a very anxious trip for me relaxed and stress free I appreciate that more than you will ever know

   Yeah mate ya boi kaumatua smitty is a Lil blind. Tried to convert me license at the AA coupla days ago, cobber told me "shoulda gon te specsavers mayte". Been near sited for about me entire life. Didn't know until ol mate got his eyes tested when I turned 18. Came through today wanting to get a DL12 form filled out for me driver's license. The guys down the road from the May Rd Flat (poker night on Tuesdays) knew exactly what to do. Guy chucked me on this weird VR headset and wanted to test something called my PeriPeripherals (sounds like chicken). Told me to press a button when I see a light flash. Ya man's been playing basketball all his life and has some good peripherals. I swear I got the highscore in that game no Cap. Then they made me do a quick eye test and just passed. GG WP EZ. It was pretty quick. Will go again once glasses get cheaper in NZ. Kakieets

   This place was great when I went in the first time around may this year but I had to come back to get a replacement for a form I needed that had been stolen with my car. The new lady there was very rude quick to try and charge me for a test I had already done twice already and seemed like her English wasn’t all there no disrespect to her but I don’t think she is right for the job. A little more politeness and care in her Customer service will a long way. For the way I was treated I definitely won’t be coming back to this branch.
