Today I was with my sister Janice at Allevia Radiology Pakuranga. I would like to acknowledge the Receptionist Angelina and the Sonographer Hester for their wonderful help and friendly manner. The Sonograper Hester was amazing she explained everything perfectly.
My scan was on a sensitive area. I was treated with the utmost respect, was made to feel very comfortable. All those involved were very professional. Highly recommend..
Booking was easy and they were able to get back to me as soon as there was a cancellation so I could go in earlier. Great service also at the receptionist and during my two ultrasound scans!
I had an internal ultrasound done at Allevia Pakuranga. It was my first time having one done so I was a bit nervous! The staff were so warm and welcoming. The technician who did my internal ultrasound explained the procedure in detail and kept checking in on me throughout procedure to make sure I was comfortable. It was a pleasant experience and I’m so grateful to the staff for making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is a professional place where X-rays can be taken. The staff is very friendly, asked various questions carefully, and guided the correct posture to take X-rays. Not many people, almost no wait.
Felt totally relaxed with my procedure, kept me informed why and what they were doing, and gave me honest and easy to understand commentary. Totally recommend as a professional and reliable provider.
