My mum accidentally sat on her new glasses and broke the piece at the bridge. I took them into the store and Shelley and other staff members were incredibly helpful. The team repaired the glasses immediately, and the whole experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Specsavers Glenfield to anyone.
I recently underwent a comprehensive eye test with optometrist Theresa Veloso at Specsavers Glenfield Mall. Theresa demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. She remembered my previous test results and, as always, provided valuable suggestions on how to use my eyes properly, which I greatly appreciate. The entire team, from receptionists to consultants, performed their duties in a highly professional manner. The store itself is spacious, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They offer a wide selection of frames—more than other stores I’ve visited—with high-quality options at very competitive prices. Throughout my visit, I was assisted by different team members, all of whom were friendly and accommodating. When I picked up my new glasses, Gagan personally handled everything and patiently explained all the details about my new eyewear. Thank you to Theresa, Gagan, and every staff member at Specsavers Glenfield Mall for delivering such excellent service.
I came into Specsavers to look at the option of getting contact lenses but i was so hesistant as i was a little nervous about it. When i came back to try them for the first time, Sammy helped me with them and was so helpful with ways to make me feel comfortable. I went away feeling confident and reassured that this was a good decision moving forward. Thanks heaps to Sammy for all the help!
Sami was so patient with me freaking out over the eye puffer machine and managed to get the perfect shot! What a pro! Then she was super helpful helping me choose the perfect frames. Will definitely be my go to person, thanks!
Great service from the team. Had an eye and hearing test, and speedy order\delivery of replacement lenses. Not pushy for new frames or contacts etc and were accommodating of using my current frames. Will come back for sure.

Fantastic optometry practice, highly recommend. Shelley the optometrist is remarkable. She’s knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way. I felt like she genuinely cared for her patients and appreciated her recommendations for us. The pretest was super efficient too. Usually at healthcare practices there are waiting times but I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment and was impressed how well Specsavers Glenfield is run. The young lady who helped us with our prescription sunglasses was lovely also.
The team at Glenfield mall are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I was in need to fix my glasses since my son sat on them. I took them there and they explained me the risks of brake them off. But I decided to give a try anyway and I left them with them, 10’ later not only I picked them up fixed but also the didn’t charge me anything for the work!! I would hardly recommend Glenfield team as they are the best in what they do. Thank you team!
The team at Specsavers Glenfield were so kind and helpful, I had a great experience! They had to tell me I needed reading glasses for the first time in my 48 years on earth, but due to the friendliness of the team and how lovely they were, I'm actually looking forward to getting glasses. You know you're in a great place when team members are humming to themselves as part of their work. Could not recommend highly enough.
Very bad experience. I made an appointment online for a free contact lens test. When I got to the store, the staff said that I needed to make another appointment. When I got to the store again, the test started for about 30 minutes. After the test, the staff said that I needed to pay $ 60 . I said "It's clearly written on your website that it's a free test, why am I paying?" She said, "They did a full eye test for me, not a contact lens test ". I was shocked, I made an appointment for a free contact lens test, why did you do full eye test for me. I think before testing,The staff should inform customers in advance that the service has changed and the price of the new service. Then customer to decide whether to proceed with new testing. However, the staff did not tell me the information in advance, but after all the services were completed,The staff made me pay. Isn't this force consumption? Finally, the staff said I don't need to pay this time. All the previous procedures were cancelled, and the contact lenses I ordered were also cancelled. I came to the store with the intention of buying contact lenses that would fit me, but in the end I wasted about 1 hour and I didn't get any contact lenses. Now the website still says "Free contact lens test and try on." This sentence is a deception to attract customers to force consumption after entering the store. Such a bad way of deceptive sales could really put you out of business.
