“The worst place we have ever been to. Not a friendly place to walk into. Very unfriendly place very dull place.The reception was most un helpful. We ended up walking out, until we talked to the hospital that sent us there. We went back and had wait for hour an quarter. Not impressed with horizon Northcote.”

My Huntaway Cross suffers from a skin irritation that requires expensive prescription drugs. The process is easy. Complete the forms, get the vet to complete their forms, email off to PetPlan and presto the claim in lodged. It takes them less than two weeks to assess. Having this insurance is invaluable and well worth the monthly payments. “Recently we had minor incident where our car was hit by another car damaging our car at the back part. So we called our insurance to report incident and they told us what to do and helped us by sending documents to fill up and just a couple of days they emailed us back giving us a feedback that the third has accepted the liability and will cover the cost of the repair. They’re very responsive and very easy to claim. I will recommend Quest insurance to whoever will ask me.”
