   Recently we had minor incident where our car was hit by another car damaging our car at the back part. So we called our insurance to report incident and they told us what to do and helped us by sending documents to fill up and just a couple of days they emailed us back giving us a feedback that the third has accepted the liability and will cover the cost of the repair. They’re very responsive and very easy to claim. I will recommend Quest insurance to whoever will ask me.

   I have been dealing with a really stressful and unexpected car issue, and my claims advisor Monesh has been incredible throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond, not just with the insurance side of things, but also by helping me understand my next steps under the Consumer Guarantees Act and what to expect with repairs and quotes. He took the time to explain everything clearly, checked in with me, and made sure I wasn’t left confused or overwhelmed. It honestly made such a difference during a situation that felt really stressful. I can't say that my other experiences with Quest have been great, but Monesh deserves 5 stars. I’m genuinely grateful for his support and professionalism - thank you Monesh!

   Not happy with the customer service. They do not give clear instructions on the next step to take. Basically, the person I talked to over the phone from Quest Insurance was trying to calm down her voice, but was not really getting to the point of telling us what to do next! Never gonna renew my insurance from this company. Hahaha! sad to say that am just getting what I have paid for, cheaper policy and I get poor service!

   Had got a very nice response and help from Quest insurance when my car encountered an accident. They were available to help and resolve any kind of issues or query. The car was repaired and received as good as before. And even when I found a small crack (which was overlooked during the inspection) on my light case after two weeks of repair, the insurance did address and repaired it with no hesitation. Happy with the response and service :)

   Absolute WORST insurance company ever. Don’t recommend these guys to anyone not even my worst enemy. No help from the caller take days to reply to an email. These guys need to be shut down for good!

   When I bought this policy from the car dealer I called quest and specifically asked if the policy covered a new hybrid battery when needed. I was told yes. I was not given any fine details to read before purchasing just the main bullet points. Being the first time I’ve purchased insurance, that was my mistake. I later learned it does not cover a new hybrid battery unless it suddenly and unexpectedly stops working. Replacement after gradual deterioration due to age is not covered. Complete waste of $3000 and untrustworthy staff. On my recent customer service call to them I was told someone would get back to me the next day. 3 days later I’d still heard nothing from them. Don’t waste your money like I did.

   Terrible service. I had to wait six hours at the motorway exit to be towed—no clear information about any extra cost but forced to take decisions. I was suggested to leave my car keys, but they won't take the liability for it. And also, after five hours of waiting, they told me they didn't have tow trucks to help me—a joke. Very disappointed, frustrated and concerned. I won't recommend this to anybody in this stressful situation.
