“My MRI went smoothly, well looked after by the staff who communicated clearly and were friendly. My appointment ran to time, very efficient and professional. I was lucky to get the last car park on the driveway and it was full under the building but the limited parking is due to the construction next door. There should be more parking when they move to the new building, expected to be Sept 2025. Very good service.”

“We would like to thank one of the doctors at this clinic Dr Ravi Naran for his incredible support and medical expertise demonstrated during an incident that took place at a recent football match. His quick thinking, calmness and obvious medical ability helped save a player who suffered a heart attack during the game. He provided leadership, direction and clear instruction to the group providing life saving first aid, and ultimately through his direct actions saved the life of our player. An amazing professional, and without his quick reactions the situation would have been completely different. Unfortunately due to distance we are unable to be patients at his clinic, but have no doubt he would be an amazing GP and someone who will undoubtedly be a great doctor for those in his district.”

“Couldn't breathe, went to Waitakere Hospital Emergency. Explained my situation, immediately sent to the emergency room, blood samples taken, and all wires put my body to monitoring my condition. Yes, New Zealand has a shortage of doctors problem, but all staff from reception to nurses, caregivers and doctors are professional and friendly and tend to help. After 8 hours in the emergency room, doctor diagnosed based on all test results, transferred to ADU, then hospital room. Had right treatment, and could go home after 36 hours in the hospital.
