“What an excellent experience with Elite Fitness Tauranga and Elite Fitness St Johns Auckland. Noah (Tauranga) was very helpful with providing me a quotation initially for the Tour de France C14 Spin Bike. A few weeks later (on Sunday 13 April 2025), I had visited the store. The rep saw me, and all I said was "the C14, please." He did not waste time. We checked out the spin bike (I had researched the spin bike already prior to going into the store). That 14" screen on the spin bike is the real reason why I wanted to purchase the bike! I didn't catch the name of the sales rep at the store. Please, if someone could pass on my compliments to him, I would appreciate that. He was outstanding. Lastly, once my purchase had gone through, the store rep then emailed Luka (Tauranga) to process and email me my receipt. And the best news, my new Spin Bike is being delivered to me today (Tuesday 15 April 2025) by Mainfreight (just received a call from the driver). And today is my birthday. Nice birthday treat. “Bloody awesome bunch of guys and gals and an excellent selection of rifles. They were very accommodating and were more than willing to change various components such as stock, barrel, scope and rings to a rifle I had purchased the previous day no questions asked. They even gave me some free kit on top of the discount! I had already been around to the other gun shops in dunedin and these guys were by far the best with the widest range of rifles and accessories with the best prices. Don't waste ya time going anywhere else because you'll end up going to gun city in the end believe you me. The only criticism I have of the place is that they had 3 coffees freshly brewed sitting on the counter and they didn't offer me one lol :) na awesome service and bloody friendly!”

“We came to the Christchurch airport Bunnings store after having abysmal service (ie none) at the Tower Junction store. The service at the airport branch was really good, very helpful and attentive and we were able to find everything we needed. After purchasing a number of very large items for our outdoor lounge furniture, a young man helped my husband load the items onto the roof of our car and stayed to check everything was ok. We were impressed with the service here and would choose this store over others which are closer to us.”
