You've just lost a customer. I went in to book a fly/cruise only to be told well it's not one of our deals so not at all interested in helping me. I've spent roughly 80k on overseas trips through you in the last 12mths but will be going elsewhere from now. Very disappointed

Very helpful on holiday advise
Great how much time Tania took to discuss my travel ideas, but VERY disappointing that everything is on line, no travel brochures or tour itinerary in paper form with photos as I had hoped, it all takes the easiness and fun out of chosing holiday destinations and things to see and do.
Spur of the moment....920am 1st june Walking by ....thought to then book the Mrs a flight to Samoa ... Walk up the stairs.... Big sign says only phone bookings No one sitting in the 2desks visible from the door entrance.... No sign of anyone So turned away and left ..... Lost opportunity of a customer
Awesome staff and awesome service. Tania was so helpful in finding us the best prices, and so patient while we changed our minds over and over. She also went above and beyond to help us when we needed to cancel and rebook.
Fobbed off! they didn't have time for me and just dumped a whole lot of catalogues on me (none of them for Russia or China). And said they couldn't help with Russia/China travel anyway. This after I contacted them the week earlier to make an appointment (and was told that no appointment was necessary)
