Had a flat tyre while on a trail ride. I rang My Ride up, they picked me up, repaired the tyre and back on the road very quickly. Awesome service

Great service and quick bike repair. Took my mountain bike in for a service, my slightly bent derailleur was replaced, brakes were bleeded, some new bearings and the guys installed my new dropper post. All works were discussed beforehand, were approved by me and came at a very fair price! Being new in Tauranga I just went to the closest shop, which turned out to be a very good decision! Fully recommended!
Such friendly service. These dudes put customers first!! I had a new chainring installed almost a month ago from now, and when I got home, I was having issues with the derailer. I called them up 30min to closing, and they came to my place after hours to fix my derailer!! Such customer service, always willing to help, even after hours. Highly Recommend!

These guys are totally awesome and professional... not only in general servicing, but responding to emergencies, like a 2-inch cut through a tyre and tube whilst out riding. Fixed immediately and back on the road in less than 5 minutes without argument, complaint or debate. Makes for a happy rider! Well done guys, love your work! Salesperson wasn't pushy, was knowledgable and took the time to listen to our needs. Also offered to deliver our bike purchases to our home. We had shopped around and found the pricing to be fair with the addition of being able to change the tyres (on a new bike) to what we wanted at no extra cost. A good retailer to purchase from. Recommend.
