   Huge thanks to Krystle in the kitchen department! Krystle has designed two kitchens for me now, and hit it out of the park both times. From on site measurements to drawn up plans my tradies could work with; from recommendations on materials and colours to keeping to my timelines and budgets - Krystle delivered so much more than I would have expected to find at Mitre10. Uniquely, she has a broad range of experience in other areas (flooring, bathrooms), which allows her to see the home as a whole, rather than just the kitchen in isolation. Her contacts in the industry sing her praises, too - always a good sign. See you for the next one, Krystle!

   It was great service was attended to straight away they helped me spend when I wanted to and got what I wanted as well as got myself something that works perfectly fine and love what I brought. I brought a soda stream machine kit and it is great. I'd go back again if I had something to buy definitely. They were helpful and they were friendly and polite with a smile.

   Service was not great today. We needed to replace our gas cylinder but staff member wanted us to carry our empty one into the store, pay for it then carry it out to cage outside the store to replace it with a full one. As we are disabled we found their lack of help disgusting.

   The service down there was absolutely fantastic. I took back a new lawnmower and they replaced the mower and i ended up with a $20 fuel voucher and a bottle of oil which i'm very grateful. . Highly recommend Mega Mitre 10.

   Cafe lunch: Some of the customer service staff are uniquely charmless, but the food and coffee are surprisingly decent. There's ample parking and, as an added bonus, an entire hardware store worth of cool stuff for browsing after your meal.

   I was hoping that I would get to write a review because I actually got the best customer service ever! I was in the garden area looking at tools and had some questions. I went over toward two workers, and the guy acknowledged me straight away, finished directing the other female staff member promptly, and then was straight with me. There was a range of the tool I wanted. I said I was confused because the prices ranged very differently for the same tool, and was it really worth buying the most expensive one because I am low income and I couldn't really afford it. He was honest! He said I didn't need the most expensive one for the job I had in mind, and directed me to the one on special and said it would work just as well...and it did! He was so fast, polite and efficient! The fact he didn't try and make me buy the most expensive one really restored my faith in customer service! I trust he had my best interest at heart and will definitely be going back. I wish I had asked for his name so I could let everyone know. His boss should know how great he is, and that type of service is what makes people keep coming back!
