   I was at SpecSavers during the middle or second week of this month, with my grandfather. We both had a positive experience with SpecSavers Takapuna. The team at SpecSavers are friendly, and also value their patients or customers. Additionally, the free eye test that me and my grandfather had, as well as selecting new lenses and frames for our glasses was a positive experience.    Completely amazed by the whole team. Super professional, friendly and helpful. The girls explained everything in details and helped me from the first day I was browsing, having my eye and hearing tests done till the day I've picked up my glasses. I can't recommend them enough.    I had such a wonderful experience at this store thanks to Mayana! She was incredibly patient, professional and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Mayana explained everything clearly, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable with her new frame.Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole visit so enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and goes the extra mile for customers.

   My optometrist was Cassandra Ang. She took time to listen to me and find me the right correct lenses that suitable and comfortable for me without rushing as what I expect from her who is wearing glasses since childhood . She was attentive, patient , understanding and knowledgeable. And all the staff members at the front are great ☺️. Thanks you for the excellent service. Also have to mention Maryan who is at the front desk, she helped me with the process of getting sorted my prescription glasses and sunglasses. Maryan was patient, has great listning skills and she helped me to chose what I really needed and gave her honest opinion on my choices. Thank you for your service. Overall so far this is the best specssavers branch that I've ever come across. Keep up the great work.

   I recently visited Specsavers in Takapuna and had a wonderful experience. Optometrist Andrew and dispenser Cony were both incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Andrew carried out a very thorough eye examination and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable. Cony was extremely helpful in choosing my new frames and made sure they fit perfectly. I was also very happy with the price of my new glasses – I received a great discount on the lenses, and the fitting was completely free. Thank you to the team for such excellent service. I’m really pleased with my new glasses and highly recommend Specsavers Takapuna!
