   Went in the store with full faith of finding the right pair of running shoes, have unwavering trust on the staff’s advice on the shoes. Bought a mid to high end pair after following the advice, only to test and find out the shoe is too tight on my feet, it’s even sore from walking. Now this pair is just going to waste and I need to get a new pair that fits. Won’t be visiting this store again or at least won’t have faith on the staff’s advices anymore.

   Talia was wonderful. Very efficient, professional and friendly. She offered great advice, particularly when making contact with us organising pick up and delivery in time.    My mum bought some shoes last night and was blown away by the customer service she received from the staff. Both were friendly and welcoming. Tahlia was thorough, put her in the perfect shoes and even tied her laces for her. She won't shut up about this place, thanks guys!

   Bought a pair of running shoes which I'm quite happy with however at the time of purchase the sales guy said you better get these drymax socks ($35) as well and I said sure I'll try the shoes with the my current socks and if I wasn't happy I'll use these and asked him about return policy and he said we have a 30 days return policy. I came back in two weeks and said my current socks are fine and want to return these socks and he said we have no returns policy on socks which he did not mention to me at the time even though he knew I heard me at the time. Also nothing is mentioned on their website about socks and it says 30 days return on all footwear which I assume socks are a type of footwear if there are no specific clause excluding it.

   Quite disappointed with the service this time. The Riccarton Store in Christchurch has happily exchanged in a jiffy under similar circumstances in the past. Worse, reason given is Riccarton store has more money than us.. kinda pathetic.
