   Staff from the garden section are always very friendly and helpful. Some other department staff are simply quite rude and don’t know what is customer service. To be specific, I was quite offended by this lady who approached me by saying don’t open those boxes instead of asking me if I need any help:-/ it’s just the simple act that put me off. It’s getting closer to Christmas so I couldn’t decide if I should get a mug or a tea pot for my parents in laws as Christmas present, and with a large selection of mugs on their shelf, I was taking my time to decide which one should I get. And finally I was going to pick a teapot which was around $75 ( yes, it was a bit pricey for a tea pot) but this lady suddenly approached me and said excuse me, you don’t have to open every single box, you can see what’s on the picture! I was shocked and I said I was not going to open it, especially for those sealed ones! And the other ones I checked was not sealed and it was already opened by other people. And she emphasised it again and said you don’t have to open it. Then she left me there in shock. So I just walked away from there speechless and went to the garden section bought my usual gardening supplies and left. Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it if I break it by accident by the look of my face? I know your store policy, but you don’t have to be so rude you know? You just lost one customer today. I live here, I shop here, but I can also spend my money somewhere that sell mugs and teapot that would allow me to decide or help me decide which one I should get. Cheers to this silly season!

   I’m so overwhelmed by the friendly service and the extra mile Lance went for us today. What he needed to do was totally out of his comfort zone but like a true champ he put his head down and assisted fantastically with our sale. Better still, same day delivery organised on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. Mitre 10, Lance and your delivery guy (sorry I forgot his name) are both real assets to your company.    Hi I bought a weedeater from TePuke Mitre 10, I had problems getting it started & was told to bring it in. The 1st time they found it was easy to flud it , so I took it home thinking maybe I should have bought a more expensive one because I still couldn't get it started. Again I mentioned the problem when I was shopping & was told to bring it in. This time an agent checked it & said it wasn't normal, the unit was changed for a new one but, I was greatfull but never got the chance to check it straight away. I've used it today a wow I'm impressed with it and I'm very greatfull with TePuke Mitre 10. For customers to have that support is Gr8 & amazing
