   Worst customer experience. Always out of stock even during the quiet seasons. Click and collect is always incorrect. Staff seem to be all on edge and stare at people for long periods of time and look extremely unhappy. Only occasionally come here but never comfortable. Ive seen customers of all ages be yelled or sneered at over the years aswell. Its a stark difference from every other woolworths around hamilton.

   Fresh produce and a great selection of products, including the in-store pharmacy or personal care area, homewares and gift items. Yummy cooked chicken, sushi and other quick meals when I'm trying to be good by avoiding takeaways. I love the selection of birthday or celebration cakes and the range of icings, decorations and cool additions to make or personalise the cakes or other baking myself. The international aisle has a great range when I want to try something different, or have a fun and novel treat with my sons (mmmmm... Nerd Clusters). Very clean, good lighting and well laid out so I've found that it's easy to find what I need, or there's usually a staff member nearby if I need a little help. It's not too big, noisy and overwhelming for people like me who struggle with huge supermarkets, stores and avoid the busiet times as much as possible. Good carparking and it's not too bad when leaving if you do get caught in peak traffic. Almost all of the staff are friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service. They've always been awesome with reminding me if I have a Onecard every time. I've been given great suggestions or handy tips at the checkout and have enjoyed much needed giggles without the person missing a beat with their work while we're chatting, which has been very much appreciated. They've also helped me get really efficient at the self checkouts so it's been very handy when I've needed to get a few groceries in a rush, or I just want to get in and out asap when it's busy. This is my favourite supermarket after changing from a competitor that I'd been with for years. I also made the awful mistake recently by going to another Countdown thinking it would be handy with being closer, but it was nowhere near as good as Claudelands. Fingers crossed the changeover (or return?) to Woolies will be easy, smooth and only bring good things. Thanks team!

   I was in Hamilton visiting family and decided to buy a roasted chicken for our lunch. I was pleasantly surprised on entering Countdown Claudlands because all the food I wanted was right there which came with friedly service. Nice.

   Nice cafe with super friendly people. Nice coffee but cakes are less than soft. Robert Harris coffee. Bit hard because the chiller is more like freezer temperature I think. They need to lower it to fridge temperature. I had a Chicken Filo (Burnt on bottom) and Lemon cake. They can do better than this.
