As the TNF luggage I had my eye on was selling out and could no longer be purchased online, I gave the Chch store a call and Laura enabled me to purchase it securely over the phone, saving me from the inconvenience of having to down tools and drive in. She went out of her way to help me save on delivery costs too. Amazing service! Thanks so much Laura!

From the time I first called up to the end of my purchase. The team at The North Face were awesome. I had a few questions I wanted to ask and Laura over the phone was knowledgeable and very friendly from the get go, offering me advice for exactly what I needed. She advised for me to head along in store and try on some of their range and I found the exact sizing and jacket that would suit me for my first time up skiing this season. Not often I have this good of an experience in retail to leave a review but can only give high praise to their while team that served me and my friend! Joe
The store was empty when I came in and the person there didn’t say anything to me or offer any help. After wandering around for a few minutes, not finding what I was after I felt annoyed by the limited sizing. Why this store refuses to carry sizes larger than a 14NZ/10US when the average woman is a size 16NZ/12US is maddening. With so many corporate stores moving toward inclusive sizing, it’s disappointing to see The North Face resisting inclusion. Even LuLuLemon figured out people of all sizes enjoy active wear.
Great help from I believe his name was David or Davide. I purchased a stretch down jacket and he gave me great advice on the care for it. Very friendly and helpful.
A little pricey, but, the quality is extraordinary. This gear is going to last you years! Really knowledgable and trained staff that want to sell you things but you dont get the feeling they would sell you something you didnt need. Nice staff nice gear!!
I’m really impressive at Alecs. He is such a good saleperson. I’ve been here many times and whenever Alecs is there, he is so helpful at recommending what is suitable for me.
What an amazing place. Delicious food shops, stalls etc. Will definitely return. Had food from Hanoi old quarter yummy I would encourage you all to dine there
