A huge thank you to Gary at Mitre 10 Cambridge. I had a wee fall & dizzy spell & Gary took care of me with kindness & compassion. Even made sure I got to my car safely.
My daughter is disabled and in the process of moving several tines I lost 2 screw in parts, I borrowed one from another table the tread got jamed good old Mitre10. Peter an awesome caring man who is an excellent go to gentleman went the extra mile toget it working again and you had all the parts I needed I can't thank Peter and Mitre10 enough my daughter us thrilled to have the bedside trolley up and working again. I'm retired and have no idea about these things but Mitre10 never lets me down especially Peter. THANK YOU PETER AND MITRE10 CAMBRIDGE
we had a problem with 2x products we purchased. .we returned them...not a problem..Rodgers and Wendy were the ones that helped us..we were offered a money back or a purchase another product..we go a product similar..thank you again for your fantastic service..which seem to be missing these days..thank you again
Not as well stocked as the other Mitre10s being a smaller one. Fewer options too. The whole place is spread across separate buildings so can be a bit of problem if you have mobility issues. Seems to have more visible staff around which is great.
We shop here often, it's very handy for items small or large for the house and garden. There are lots of helpful staff available to help us find what we need. From paint to plants, plumbing, wood, tools, lighting, hardware, storage, garden furniture, bbqs and so much more. Plenty of car parks and a nice cafe adjacent to the garden centre.
We went to kitchen and bathrooms. Kimi was incredible at helping with bath choices and gave great laundry advice that we had not considered. Especially for early on a Sunday morning. Well done
Once again Debbie in the garden centre went that exta mile, she's always so helpful she's one in a million, she helps my husband with all his queries, she is our go to person., great customer service. Jimmy her colleague today helped us load our car, really helpful guy, kind and courteous thank you. To the guys in the timber department thank you too for your time and patience.
Excellent service and very friendly and professional staff. The items I was after were not on stock in both Hamilton stores so I went all the way to Cambridge. The short drive was worthy it. Very friendly staff who were ready to assist the customer. And plenty stocks available. Not a very big store in size and has all you need. Very neatly presented and nice cafe and garden area to visuat even if you are not there to buy anything. Parking spaces avaialble at store front.
